Easy Chicken Tacos

Perfect for a quick back country feed when you need a little extra protein.


  • Vegetable Oil
  • Tin or Pouch of Chicken Flakes (drained)
  • Packet of Taco Spice Mix (eg Old El Paso)
  • Microwave Rice Meal Pouch (eg Uncle Bens Mexican Style Rice)
  • Water
  • Corn Tortillas or small wraps
Equipment: Method:
Light your Jetboil.  Using a Pot Support, place your Summit Skillet on the cooker to heat.  Add a little cooking oil to the Skillet. Add your drained chicken and stir until warmed through.  Add your Taco spice mix, stir.  Add your Rice meal pouch, mix together well to warm through. Add a little water. Stir.
Once your filling has warmed through sufficiently, grab a tortilla or small wrap and fill.  Enjoy!
