Mulled Wine

Cozy up with a warm mug of mulled wine, a comforting festive drink that packs a spicy yet boozy punch while you're out on the trail.

0.8L or 3 1/2 cups of red wine
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 cloves of star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
3 stripes of orange peel
1/2 an orange squeezed

In the MicroMo boiling cup, bring the 0.8L of red wine, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 cloves of star anise, 2 cinnamon sticks, orange peel, and 1/2 an orange juiced squeezed to a boil. Don’t put the heat on too hot, or the contents will boil over. Once boiled, bring the heat down to low flame. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the spices mingle with the win.

Serve into cups and enjoy!
