Sesame Ginger Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
Craving some takeout on the trails? Bring those takeout vibes right into the backcountry with this easy Sesame Chicken recipe. A sweet and savory mix of chicken, cauliflower, and a delicious sesame marinade make this an easy dinner that’s sure to satisfy no matter where you’re headed.

1 packet of riced cauliflower
1 TBSP olive oil
1 can of pre-cooked chicken
¼ cup of Sesame Marinade
2 TBSP sesame seeds

Cover with lid and steam for 3 minutes.
Next, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 can of chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Add ¼ cup of sesame marinade, and stir together.
